Electrical work on our projects is performed by licensed New Jersey electrical contractors holding current Electrical Contractor business permits. They pull the electrical permit under their own license. We scope the work, price it into your project, schedule it, and coordinate it against every other trade on site.

Electrical, plumbing, gas and HVAC work on our projects is performed by licensed New Jersey contractors in those trades, who pull their own permits under their own licenses. We handle scope, pricing, scheduling, inspection coordination, and keeping every trade in sequence — so you deal with one company and nothing falls between the cracks.
