What You Get

Prep Done Right

Most of a good paint job happens before the paint. We patch, caulk, skim-coat and sand so walls and trim are smooth and ready, and the finish looks even under any light.

Smooth Spray Finishes

For siding, cabinets, tubs, doors and detailed trim, we spray with HVLP and airless equipment for a smooth, even finish without brush or roller marks.

Protected & Cleaned Up

Floors and furniture are covered, work areas are sealed off, and we vacuum-sand to keep dust down. When we leave, the room is clean and ready to use.

Spray Painting

Some surfaces look best sprayed: no brush strokes, no roller texture, just an even, factory-smooth coat. We use HVLP and airless spray equipment on:

SidingWood, fiber-cement and aluminum siding, sprayed evenly with exterior paint built for sun and weather.
Kitchen CabinetsDoors and boxes sprayed with a hard-wearing enamel. A new look without replacing your cabinets.
BathtubsWorn or dated tubs refinished with a specialty coating, so you get a clean, glossy tub without tearing it out.
Doors & TrimInterior doors, trim and built-ins sprayed for a smooth, even finish on every panel and edge.

Our Spray Process

  1. 01Clean & DegreaseDirt, grease and soap film come off first so the paint grips.
  2. 02Repair & SandWe fill dents and chips, then scuff-sand so the surface is smooth.
  3. 03Mask & ProtectEverything that isn't being painted is covered, and the area is ventilated.
  4. 04PrimeA bonding primer made for the surface: wood, metal, laminate or porcelain.
  5. 05Spray the FinishThin, even coats, built up for full coverage without runs.
  6. 06Cure & InspectWe let it cure, check it under bright light, then unmask and clean up.

Cabinet doors are usually sprayed off-site or in a sealed area. A refinished tub needs about a day before it gets wet; we'll give you the exact cure time for your job.

How We Paint

01 Step One

Walkthrough & Color

We walk the space with you and look at your colors in both daylight and your home's lighting. We help you choose the right sheen for each surface, from flat on ceilings to satin or semi-gloss on trim and doors, so everything works with your floors and finishes.

02 Step Two

Protect & Prep

We cover floors and furniture, mask off the work area, and seal it with plastic. Then we repair dings and cracks, caulk gaps, and vacuum-sand everything smooth so the paint has a clean base.

03 Step Three

Prime & Paint

We prime bare and patched areas, then apply the finish coats, cutting in by hand for crisp ceiling and trim lines and rolling or spraying for even coverage.

Cabinet & Trim Refinishing Add-on

Give kitchen cabinets, built-ins or interior doors a new look without replacing them. We clean, sand and spray a durable urethane-acrylic enamel for a smooth, hard-wearing finish.

Inspect & Clean Up

Once everything is dry, we check every wall under bright work lights for missed spots and touch-ups, remove all the protection, clean up, and walk the room with you before we call it done.

Good to Know

Do I need to move my furniture?

Not necessarily. We cover everything we work around. If larger pieces need to be moved out of the way, let us know when you request your quote and we'll include it.

My home was built before 1978. Is that a problem?

No. Older homes may have lead paint, so we follow EPA lead-safe work practices when we sand or scrape painted surfaces, to protect your family and our crew.

Can you help me choose colors?

Yes. We'll look at samples with you in your own lighting and recommend sheens for each surface. You make the final call.

Can you fix damaged drywall before painting?

Yes. Patching holes and cracks, repairing water-damaged spots and skim-coating rough walls are all part of what we do, so the paint goes on a smooth surface.

Is spray painting messier than brushing?

Not with proper prep. Before we spray, we mask and cover everything that isn't being painted, and on the outside we watch the wind and protect cars, windows and plants.

Is refinishing a tub as good as replacing it?

For a tub that's sound but worn, stained or an outdated color, refinishing gives you a clean, glossy finish for a fraction of the cost and with no demolition. If the tub is cracked or leaking, we'll tell you straight and quote a replacement instead.

Do you paint rentals between tenants?

Yes. We work with landlords and property managers on turnovers and can schedule around move-out and move-in dates.
