Damage We Repair

Water Damage

Burst pipes, leaks, overflows and water heater failures. Wet drywall, floors and insulation removed and the space dried out.

Fire & Smoke Damage

Burned and damaged materials torn out, framing repaired, and rooms rebuilt from drywall to paint.

Storm Damage

Fallen trees, wind and water from storms. Openings boarded up, then exterior and interior repairs.

Structural Repairs

Damaged framing, floors and walls repaired and inspected, so the building is sound before finishes go back in.

What You Get

Make It Safe

Board-ups, water shut off, wet materials out and the space protected, so the damage doesn’t get worse while your claim is open.

Documented for Your Claim

Dated photos, moisture readings and a line-by-line repair estimate your insurance adjuster can review.

One Company, Start to Finish

The same team that dries it out rebuilds it, with licensed electricians and plumbers for anything that needs them.

Working With Your Insurance

We Work Alongside Your Adjuster

We give your insurance company what it needs to review the claim: photos, moisture readings, and a detailed estimate of the repairs. We meet the adjuster on site when needed and walk them through the damage. We’re your contractor, not your adjuster. In New Jersey only a licensed public adjuster can negotiate a claim on your behalf, so the claim decisions stay between you and your insurance company.

How It Works

01 Step One

Make It Safe

We come out, stop the source if it’s still active, board up openings and protect what can be saved. Report the claim to your insurance company as soon as you can.

02 Step Two

Document the Damage

Before anything is torn out, we photograph every room, take moisture readings, and write a line-by-line estimate for your claim.

03 Step Three

Tear-Out & Dry-Out

Wet or burned drywall, flooring and insulation come out. Dehumidifiers and air movers run until moisture readings confirm the structure is dry, so mold doesn’t have a chance to start.

04 Step Four

Rebuild

Framing, drywall, floors, paint, kitchens and bathrooms are put back, with licensed trades for electrical and plumbing, and the work is inspected where required. Then we walk it with you.

Good to Know

Should I call my insurance company or a contractor first?

Both, as soon as you can. Report the claim to your insurance company, and call us to make the property safe. Most policies expect you to prevent further damage, so don’t wait on the adjuster to stop a leak. Keep receipts for anything you spend.

Do I have to use the contractor my insurance company recommends?

Usually not. You can generally choose your own contractor. Check your policy, and tell your adjuster who you’re using.

Will you negotiate my claim?

No. In New Jersey only a licensed public adjuster can negotiate a claim for you. We provide the photos, readings and estimate your insurance company needs, and we’ll walk the damage with the adjuster.

Can you cover my deductible?

No. Your deductible is part of your policy and has to be paid. Any contractor who offers to waive it or hide it in the estimate is putting your claim at risk.

What about mold?

Drying the structure quickly is the best way to prevent it, which is why we check moisture until it’s dry. If we find mold that’s already growing, we’ll tell you and recommend the right next step.
